This just happened to me few days ago, I'm not sure if it's caused by window update or crashing from internet as both happened around similar time Tue, but what happened afterward never occurred before basically now, each time I turn on my laptop, the window 7 Action Center will state my Firewall, virus protection and spyware is off, when my Norton Internet Security is clearly on and functioning, try to turn them back on through action center, nothing happen, however, Disable Norton Smart Firewall & Auto-Protect, then Enable again, make the Action Center shows they're On.
